How can I stop my hair loss and regrow the hair that has already been lost from the hairline and sides?
I was losing my hair in the front, where it starts my hairline and the sides, I do not know what to do to stop it or how to regrow lost hair. The fact is that I have never died my hair, I do not put chemicals in my hair, I did not even pull my hair in a ponytail and then because I’m losing my hair and can regrow hair loss? Im in my early 20’s.
anyway as we know hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago I suffered from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:
1) Vitamin A – an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also I used herbal treatment – TrichoZed
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for me!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.trichozed.com/?id=fc7a24
It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) – a major cause of hair loss!
good luck!
not only my and my husband`s own personal experience
Hands down, the best treatment for hair loss is catching it early. Waiting until all your hair is already gone is a terrible time to decide you want it back.
Proper treatment has to come from the inside out. There are simple things your body may be lacking and it’s taking it’s toll on your hair.
Hormones: Irregularities in the thyroid gland can cause hair to fall out. Any excess amount of hormones is also linked to thinning hair, even if the damage takes a while to show itself it will happen.
Disease & Infection: Certain diseases such as diabetes, and Lupus are known to have thinning hair as one of their early warning signs. Infection of the scalp also presents itself in the form of hair loss.
Medication: Certain types of medication are associated with thinning hair. Blood thinners, gout medications, chemotherapy, excessive vitamin A, and antidepressants are all linked to hair loss.
Try to increase the intake of Vitamin B6, biotin and magnesium along with the best hair loss treatment for your hair.

In your case, most probably is a genetically inherited hair loss. The best thing is going to the hair specialist/ trichologist. If money is the issue as it may be address under cosmetic problems.You can first try the following
1.Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables, which contain flavonoids and antioxidants that may provide protection for the hair follicles and encourage hair growth
2.Avoid pigtails, cornrows, hair weaves, braids and tight hair rollers which can pull and stress your hair
3.# Supplement your diet with the following nutrients:
* Vitamin B complex (Category A)
* Biotin (Possibly safe; orally and appropriately)
* Vitamin C (Category A)
* Vitamin E ( Likely safe if amount does not exceed the RDA; possibly safe if it does)
* Zinc (Likely safe when used orally and appropriately; likely unsafe when used orally in high doses)
4.Use shampoos and conditioner that contain biotin and silica.

Here a few simple home remedies which can be tried at home to control hair fall.
1.Rinse your hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea this helps hair grow..
2. A medicine rich in sulfur is also recommended as sulfur plays an important part in the structure of the hair.
3. Massage with olive oil before going to bed at night and next morning, wash off the hair gently..
4. To treat hair loss apply a little lemon juice with some black tea.Massage well and shampoo.
5. Beat two eggs,and add two tablespoons of water to it. Rinse hair and pour the egg mixture over the hair.Massage the scalp well and leave for 10 minutes.Then wash it.
It could be a hormone imbalance. When I began losing hair about 6 months ago, I searched the web for answers. What I began doing is taking maca root supplements to balance hormones and taking a good multivitamin and also taking 5 mg of biotin daily. Biotin is a B vitamin but there is not 100% daily value of it in most multivitamins and is important for healthy skin, hair and nails. Also make sure you switch to an all natural shampoo that does not contain sodium laurate or laureth. These are harsh cleaners that can damage hair follicles. I use shampoo bars that I ordered over the net from Chagrin Valley Soap that are all natural. All of these changes have worked wonders. I am losing less hair and I have a lot of new hair growth.

Hi, I am 33 and also experienced hair loss. This may sound stupid and disgusting, but try not wash your hair so often. After all, there was not shampoo thousands of years ago anyway. Your hair can actually look after itself. You will find after a few days, that although you have not washed your hair, it will start self cleaning… Try it..
See a dermatologist (around $75 for office visit) to determine the actual cause of your hair loss. If baldness runs in your family then it’s more than likely male pattern baldness. If it is due to male pattern baldness then you can get a prescription for Propecia from the dermatologist. You can also obtain minoxidil, which is the generic form of Rogaine, from Wal-mart without a prescription which has been shown to regrow hair too. Don’t waste your money on alternative treatments you read about on the internet since there is no clinical evidence showing that they work. Stick with Propecia and minoxidil because they have been shown to work in clinical studies.
Causes:
Heredity Factors
Ageing
Hormonal Imbalance
Illness and infectious diseases
Nervous disorders
Toxic substances
Injury and impairment
Severe radiation
You can use some of the products on the market. It help me a lot….I use them for 7 months now and i am very happy:))
