I just started to see how 10-15 pieces hair after every shower. I know that could not be much. but it adds up after a while ‘. and I’m worried it will not grow back. . . true?

Sure it is possible. If you really are just stressed or not eating right then you just need to get healthy and it will start to come back

If its only from stress then yes, it’ll grow back… but you have to learn how to relax more. Try deep breathing exercises, or Tai Chi… listen to calming music… read a book…even aromatherapy…
