How do I stop hair-loss and grow it back?
Hello. I am 27 years old and I’m losing my hair. I have no history of hair-loss in my family. The hair-loss is not in the normal places you lose your hair if you were going bald and is in spots. I’m constantly running my fingers through his hair and pull out pieces. Is there anyone out there what can be causing this? Smart asses welcome. I have a pretty good mood this attack. But I’d like serious input as well. So crack your jokes and give me advice. Please!
check w/ your doctor to see if you might have alopecia.
check your diet. malnutrition can cause patchy bald spots like you described. you correct the problem by eating a healthy diet rich in vitamins A, B, C, and E.
how is your scalp? do you have any problems w/ flaking or scaling or sores or acne on your scalp? then you need to see a dermatologist as you may have eczema or psoriasis of the scalp. both can cause patchy baldness when you have a flare up.
are you taking any type of medication (doctor prescribed, self prescribed as in food supplements, or recreational pharmaceuticals). you could be experiencing an allergic reaction. stop taking whatever it is that you’re taking. Talk to your doctor if it’s something prescribed to you before you stop taking it.
are you under stress? you could be having a case of stress induced alopecia. The hair will grow back once the stress is gone.
if you aren’t under stress then it could be alopecia areata which is an autoimmune disorder. If the hair doesn’t grow back on it’s own then you will be treated w/ steroids or a topical cream of minoxidil.
once you know why you’re losing the hair then you can deal w/ it.
as we know – hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few.
year ago my husband suffered very much from dandruff and hair loss too and he started trying everything you can imagine to stop his hair loss. the things that really worked for him was:
1) Vitamin A – an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The ‘B’ vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice (you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also he used herbal treatment – TrichoZed and Provilluss (do not use Rogaine – it will not work!)
Those are a good products that helps prevent hair loss and contains Biotin and the clinically tested ingredients approved by the FDA to help re-grow your hair.! I think it is very important!
It worked and still works for him!
I do not know if any pharmacies carry TrichoZed and Provillus but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here

and here

It enhances hair growth by blocking DHT (Dihydrotestostrone) – a major cause of hair loss!

Sounds very much similar to what my bro had. Its condition called Alopecia Areata. It is a type of autoimmune disease. You can view some photo images and read avout it in http://www.alopecia-areata-cure.com.
To confirm it you have to get a skin biopsy done through a doctor. This will indicate any abnormal presence of T cells or immune cells around the affected area.
This is how my bro confirmed that he has Alopecia Areata and managed to recover through atreatment he found in the website. Good luck
