How to stop hair loss any ideas?
I’m 22 and I used to have very thick hair before. For some reason I started losing my hair a year ago, I think it’s due to stress and poor diet. I tried a lot of products but nothing seems to work. Help !!!!!!

Rogaine and Fineteride “propecia” are the only 2 FDA approved for hair loss. Dont fall for all of the other hype such as “lasers” its all a bunch of crap

Stress and nutrition are definitely contributing factors for hair loss. That said, there are many products that can help.
