The reason you have digestive upset when you take your vitamins without food is due to the fact that your vitamin selection is toxic. It is for this reason I tell my clients to take their supplements on an empty stomach because food can mask the toxicity. Also allow me to add that from your image, there is evidence of excessive system catarrh, you would benefit by considering mullein.

@MsHairGuru: The reason why you broke out was that the MSM you was use had too many fillers in it. MSM is an excellent anti-inflammatory.
I had very healthy and long hair until one day I decided to cut it really short , so I am hiding my self in shame lol, good info btw, but I do recommend fresh vege and fruit instead.
@hairspeaks Ah, yes. I like to call that the super vitamin. I only recommend those to who are pregnant . Why you ask? When you are pregnant your body needs more vitamins, to function at optimum. Prenatal vitamins aid in healthy growth of your baby. So you must be careful. You can make yourself ill. This is because the daily mg for each vitamin in one pill capsule or chewy is higher then those of regular multivitamins pill, capsules or chewys

@blissfullyme1980 Alot of the items we find in those type stores are excess from regular stores, you should be fine.
@blissfullyme1980 You know what. I wish I could answer this question but I don’t know the ingrediates and mg of each vitamin and mineral. You will have to use your own disgression. (tears) sorry! maybe if you gave me the name of the vaitimin company. I could be of better help.
How do you feel about dollar tree vitamins? I notice that no one buys vitamins at Dollar tree but I noticed that some of the vitamins at dollar tree has the same ingrediants as the vitamins at a health food store or Cvs. I just would like an opinion on dollar tree vitamins because I want to buy vitamins at the health food store (which will be majority because Dollar Tree does not carry many vitamins)but for some I would rather go to Dollar tree.
