3. Vitamin B7 – also known as biotin. If you want your hair to be thick and healthy, then biotin will help considerably. You can also get more of it if you’re looking to increase the density of your hair. Unfortunately, it is rare for people to get enough of this type of vitamin thanks to the type of foods it is found in.
