Biotin is good.
if your trying to tell us that your going bald just let it happen, but vitimin b complex are great for an energy boost, vitimin e for skin, multi vitimins for an all rounder.
I’ve always heard it does. Pre-natal vitamins are *loaded*with vitamin B. When a co-worker started taking them, she commented that her hair and nails (even her eyelashes) were growing faster, and her hair was getting thicker. So yeah, v-8 can do a lot for you.
I tried “hair vitamins” a couple of times. One brand made me queasy, and another didn’t do anything but lessen my wallet…
Yes Vitamin B/Iron Folic supplements do help in hair growth. But do not opt for that are available in open maret as they are synthetic and do more harm than any benefit. The harm is that one gets stones in kidney/bladder as they are synthetics and these supplements also cause skin infections among some other infections.
Opt for Herbal Vitamin B/Iron Folic supplements as they benefit in good hair growth alongwith they maintain heart beats and give strength/energy and reduce stress/hypertension etc.
You can go for herbal Vitamin B/Iron Folic of http://www.nutrilite.com or http://www.herbalife.com.
http://www.nutrilite.com is no 1 in herbal products with global turnover of usd 3.75 billion.www.nutrilite.com produce their own products at their own farmlands and http://www.herbalife.com is no 3 in herbal products with global turnover of about usd 950 million
i think supplement is better. there are more effects. taking too much vitB you have have a unbalanced intake of nutrients. there might be some deficiency, but im not sure what.
